Windows 10: Jabra Elite 85h issues with Teams

When using MS Teams, I am able to either use my Bluetooth headset for the "Speaker" or for the "Microphone". If I have it selected for both, then I can not hear any computer audio, but people on calls can hear me fine. If I select the Intel Smart Sound Technology for Digital Microphones and keep my headset selected for headphones, then everything works fine. I would like to use my headset for both "Speaker" and "Microphone". I have troubleshoot through both the Teams application and web-application. I have ensured all drivers are up to date. Pairing Jabra Elite Sport with windows 10 HP Envy

I've purchased a Jabra Elite Sport headset. It work well with iPhone and MacBook Air, they found the Jabra. But my Windows 10 Laptop can not found it. There are just an unknown device and WP 808 0361 in the discoverable list. Could you help me solve this

Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try to fix the issue:

Unpair and pair the Jabra Elite 65T again. Go to your computer's Bluetooth settings, and remove the Jabra Elite 65T from the list of paired devices. Then, put your headset in pairing mode and try pairing it again.

Update your Bluetooth drivers. Go to your computer manufacturer's website or the Bluetooth adapter manufacturer's website to download and install the latest Bluetooth drivers.

Try disabling the Hands-free AG Audio profile. In the Sound settings of your computer, right-click on the Jabra Elite 65T and select Properties. Go to the Services tab and uncheck the Hands-free AG Audio profile. Click Apply and then OK.

Check the default audio device settings. In the Sound settings of your computer, make sure that the Jabra Elite 65T is set as the default playback and recording device. Right-click on the Jabra Elite 65T and select Set as Default Device.

Try resetting the Jabra Elite 65T. Put your headset in pairing mode, then press and hold the button on the headset until the LED flashes purple.

Check for firmware updates for the Jabra Elite 65T. Go to the Jabra website and download the Jabra Direct software. Connect your headset to your computer and run the Jabra Direct software to check for firmware updates.
