Windows 10: I've been hacked

I have followed every step and it keeps saying I don't have enough information even though I put most of the things I needed to and my account has my email which is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and yet it keeps not letting me reset the password I have been hacked on every other account was able to recover it with my evidence yet your way of checking things is not good it's all a pain you guys should not have a ai doing the checking I feel like a picture and some other evidence should be enough but yet the ai does not even check the location so please do something about it because it's my administ

i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????

 

Email Hacked

thank you for your response and the great information you provided.

I use two step authentication for my email account and all important web sites. I also use the full version of Malwarebytes to protect my computer.

But I will do the scans you suggested AdwCleaner and Limewire.com and let you know the results.

I am worried though that the webcam installed on my laptop could have been hacked. I never use it and forgot about it, so never disabled it.

Any suggestions as to find if it was actually hacked?

I've been hacked...

Considering Teamviewer got badly hacked in June last year I wouldn't have that anywhere near my PCs (especially as the company initially denied any problems, then later admitted that something didn't seem right with how many accounts were compromised). The fact it has reappeared is a bad sign - get rid of it again, and restart the laptop a few times to see if it gets installed again (as already suggested there could be a script running that's installing it).

If you have system restore running it may have a restore point when teamviewer was installed, or list that an old restore point would remove teamviewer - that would at least give you an indication on when it was installed. If the machine has been compromised though I'd personally take only the most important files off and wipe the whole thing, going in fresh with a new OS install. Also make sure you scan the files you want to keep from it to make sure there's nothing nefarious hiding amongst them.
