Windows 10: ive been hacked by a hacker using this email ju*****@hetersmail.ru

I need help recovering my account every time I do try it says account not found

what do i do if some russian hackers (.ru email) hacked my account changed my password and deleted my account, the account has been deleted and I had to make a new microsoft email right now, how do i fix this issue?

I got hacked by a russian hacker nammed *** Email address is removed for privacy *** when i try to put my gmail in it says "it doesnt exsist"

sadly it doesnt work ive searched for other people that had the same problem as me and i read one that said

I wish I have better news. It looks like the hacker had deleted your email address as an Alias, thereby making it impossible to sign in or recover your account. Unfortunately, without knowing the exact email address they used to replace your original address, it would be impossible to recover it via the Account Recovery form online.

they made my email as an alias but the other person that got hacked by a .RU hacker, they didint know the email that it was changed to. but i know mine and what it was changed to but i still dont know how to get help from microsoft because the russian gmail doesnt work nor does my old gmail saying it doesnt exsist like the other guy that got hacked by a .RU aswell.
