Windows 10: Issues with rendering high-resolution images on my site in Windows 11

The problem arises when I try to edit high-resolution images 4k or above, the software either lags significantly or crashes unexpectedly. Persistent Blurring Issue on Windows 11 with High-Resolution Display

I'm encountering a challenging issue on my Windows 11 system that I hope to get some insights on. My system exhibits a persistent blurring effect around windows or applications when they are not in active use. This problem is notably pronounced with certain applications like Visual Studio Code and the OBS stream chat. The issue seems to be system-wide and independent of the application in use.

System Specifications:

• Operating System: Windows 11
  
• Display: High-resolution (2560x1440) on a 32-inch monitor
  
• Display 2: 1080x1920 (Vertical) 27 inch monitor.
  

Symptoms:

• Blurring effect around inactive windows or parts of the screen, affecting multiple applications.
  

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

• Updated all graphics and system drivers.
  
• Adjusted High DPI scaling settings and experimented with custom scale settings in Windows.
  
• Reinstalled affected applications.
  
• Attempted various display and system settings adjustments, including changing resolution, scaling, and refresh rate settings.
  

Temporary Resolution Attempt:

• Changing the monitor setting from "Auto" to "Wide" provided temporary relief, but the issue later reoccurred.
  

Additional Context:

• The blurring seems to activate when focus shifts away from a window or application.
  
• Standard display setting adjustments and driver updates have not resolved the issue.
  

Despite these efforts, the issue persists and is impacting my workflow significantly. I would greatly appreciate any insights, suggestions, or guidance on further troubleshooting steps. Has anyone else experienced something similar or can offer advice on resolving this?

Internet Explorer 11 does not render images correctly

Phone model: Nokia Lumia 1520.1

Phone firmware: Cyan

OS version: Windows Phone 8.1 Update (8.10.14157.200)

Setting pre-requisites: IE is set to prefer the mobile version of a site

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to site with embedded images e.g.
http://anandtech.com/show/8355/intel-broadwell-architecture-preview

Expected results:

1. Images render crisply (since the resolution of the screen is 1920x1080) even though they are inline

Actual results:

1. Images are blurry/low resolution until you tilt the phone from portrait to landscape then they become high res even when you tilt the phone back to portrait e.g:

Guys i am trying to fix my cousins Asus Eee netbook. It has a backup image file that is partitioned on the hard drive but when I go to use it the app will run through a few steps and stop. It is running Vista . Any suggestions?
