Windows 10: Issues changing country/region in Microsoft store

Been trying to find a way for about an hour on how to change my country in the Microsoft store as it won't allow me to do a purchase as it's the wrong country, nor does it allow me to chose another one at check out. When looking in the profile under "Your Info" it does state my country which is Sweden, I also tried changing to another country, signing out, signing in, changing the country back to Sweden but it still says United Kingdom when i want to do a purchase even though it says Sweden in my profile. I have tried adding a billing address in my account, it does say Sweden there but it com

When you install Windows on your computer, you are asked to select the region or location you’re currently in. Windows Store app displays the apps and their price based on your currently selected location or the country. The stuff you get in one region
