Windows 10: Issue with OEM License – Windows Server 2022

Dear Support Team,I recently purchased a server with an OEM license for Windows Server 2022. Unfortunately, before I could fully read the product key, the license card got damaged, and now two characters of the key are unreadable.Is there any way to retrieve the missing characters, or can I request a replacement for the license? I have tried the call center, asking the distributor etc., with no results. can anyone guide me
