Windows 10: Issue with my Pearson Vue System test for MB-320 certification

This exam is due for me today and when started exam, System test failed mentioning network issue but I already restarted several times, connected to different ISPs and still the same. I didn't find any issue with my system or network. I did not receive any response from Pearson VUE support, and it’s already an hour after my exam has supposedly started. I am unable to do anything. Pearson VUE or Certiport

I'm looking to take of the Microsoft certs and I can see that you can buy the exam voucher via Pearson or Certiport.
Certiport being much cheaper $79 with retake Pearson is $129 w/o retake.
And it says Certiport is owned by Pearson VUE.
Can anyone tell me what is the difference ?

Wow that is frustrating I feel for you - for one of my exams the vendor had a specific list of external web cams they supported. It might be worth asking them that.

There is a system test here from VUE I would recommend running that and if its passes ask them to explain why it fails on the test - maybe reach out to them and ask for an in person test given the repeated fails.

I assume you can use your webcam for calls on Teams with friends successfully? and you only have one webcam connected the PC - so they are seeing the right feed? You will be surprised how many times people have the laptop lid close and are using the webcam
on the monitor but all your see is the inside of the lid!
