    Is this really a virus?

I bought an ASUS laptop three days ago with Windows 11 Home S which I changed to Windows 11 Home.I installed only a few programs, which I can list: 7-zip, Adobe Acrobat DC, AnyDesk, Chrome, LibreOffice, Remote Utilities - Viewer.I only went online to download these programs and browsed the YouTube website.Today I received a notification from Windows Security stating that I have the virus ....script / Wacatac ...[ from the information on the internet, this virus is only taken from emails or sites with "cracks" for various software[ my laptop is only three days old and I haven't accessed any dub

    :)

  2. Clean the Virus

    Hi,

Virus infection usually happens on a computer when it is exposed to an infected website or removable devices. For us to help you clean the malware on your device, we would need you to answer the following questions:

    • Which build and version of Windows are you using?
    • Did you encounter any error messages related to having a virus infection on your device?
    • What are the troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

In the meantime, we suggest running any available antivirus software on your PC. It would be very helpful to us if you could also provide the result of the antivirus scan process.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Good surround sound headset

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue Is this really a virus? :p
