Windows 10 Licenses - is it legit?

Hello,

I have purchased my windows 10 pro license a few years ago and I haven't regretted it for a single second.

I have assembled my own second computer since it is cheaper than purchasing an already built one for my wife since she started university and I use the one we already have quite a lot.

I believe that companies like Microsoft deserve to get paid for the service they provide to us, which brings us to my questions.

1. Sadly, I can't really afford purchasing a Windows 10 license from Microsoft again, so I went looking around other websites and stumbled upon some resellers selling licenses for 10$! - however, you know what they say: "if it seems too good to be true,
it is probably not". So I just want to know if these licenses they are selling are legit licenses that Microsoft authorizes people to sell/buy. (they have tons of good reviews)

2. Is there any legit way to purchase a windows 10 pro version for cheaper than original price? I've looked around e-bay, amazon, some local online stores on the country I live in but the sale is always pretty small, around 10~20$. I mean,
even that helps me a lot but I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing on a bigger sale out there.
