Windows 10: Is there a way to disable Focus Assist across the estate using GPO?

I've tried navigating too: User Configuration>Administrative Templates>Start Menu & Taskbar>Notificationsthere is no option for Focus assist but read if you enable "Turn Off Quiet Hours" this will disable Focus Assist but nothing.Is there a Disable Focus Assist setting somewhere I'm missing or is it just not possible?

Unable to disable Focus Assist

I do understand how frustrating it could be when the features are not working as they are supposed to work. We would like to know the troubleshooting steps that you have performed so that we can eliminate the recursion of the steps.

However, as you have mentioned that Focus Assist gets re-enabled automatically after disabling it. This issue may be due to a profile corruption. Hence, in order to eliminate possibilities, I would suggest you to create a new user account, disable
Focus Assist and check if the issue persists. Follow the steps from the article
Create a local user or administrator account in Windows 10
to create a new user account.

Hello, *Smile

If you turn off Get notifications from apps and other senders, it will disable notifications from everything except Windows system notifications.

Turning on Focus Assist will turn off all notifications until you turn off Focus Assist.
