Windows 10: Is the copy of windows genuine?

and if not how it is linked to my account ? when I entered my account on laptop it showed me that windows is activated

It seems like that's an OEM windows copy, it will do that the every time you reinstall the OS. If you have the key, next time you see the "not genuine windows copy" click it and choose to activate by phone, everything else is pretty straight forward as it explains step-by-step. If it doesn't work, then its highly likely that you got a Pirate copy.

 

This copy of Windows 7 not genuine

I recieved the "Windows 7, Build 7601, This copy of Windows is not genuine", and so I began trying differents solutions on the internet to try and solve the issues. No Luck. So I looked on the System information panel and under Windows activation: "Status
Not Available" & "Productt ID: Not Available".

I ran the Microsoft Genuine Advantage Diagnostic Tool and the information generated for the Product Key doesnt match my Product Key? Any suggestions?

It is very normal that you are getting the "This copy of Windows is not genuine" message as you have tried a risky task on your PC. But, if this is the case, then you can try the following steps which are effective to solve the issue. Check it out first,
and then apply them respectively.

1. First of all, tap the Windows key and the letter R at a time to open the Run bar.
2. After that, in the Run bar type cmd and then press down Ctrl, Shift and the Enter button at a time. This will get you the Administrator: Command Prompt window open.
3. In the Administrator: Command Prompt type the command SLMGR –REARM.
4. Press down the Enter key to execute. Wait, until result window appear.
5. Now, restart your PC to check whether the issue gets resolved or not.

If, then fine or else go for further method.

1. Tap down the Windows key to open the search bar.
2. After that, in the search bar type control and then select Control Panel from the search result.
3. Next, click on Windows Update.
4. Further, click on View Installed Updates. This will open the window that contains all the installed updates list.
5. From the list uninstall the update KB971033.
6. Further, Restart your PC.

Hopefully, now you will get the problem solved.
