Windows 10: Is svchost.exe a virus

So, recently I was working on my pc, then suddenly a message popped up from windows defender "Blocked access to authorized files" or something like that "from application svchost.exe". I searched "svchost.exe" in my file explorer and this is what it came up with I have hidden files on:I trust most of them because they are made by "Microsoft Corp." but some of them, don't have any producer, and they have weird locations for example:C:\Windows\WinSxS\wow64_microsoft-windows-services-svchost_31bf3856ad364e35_10.0.22000.527_none_bb7c3e6fbed5a5a5\rIs this a virus, and can I remove it?

Did your antivirus provider identify the malware? If so, did you seek their advice?

You may want to send a copy of the file to VirusTotal for analysis. VirusTotal

SvcHost Virus

The real svchost.exe is a legitimate Windows process that performs services for other Windows programs. It's normal to have half a dozen or more of them running at once.
Svchost always runs under one of the three usernames SYSTEM, LOCAL SERVICE or NETWORK SERVICE. Running under any other username, especially yours or another user's username, could be a symptom of a malware infection.
To isolate the issue, kindly provide us the following information:

• Have you made any changes on your computer prior to the issue?
• Have you recently modified a software or hardware on your computer?
• Can you tell us the troubleshooting steps that you have done so far?
