Windows 10: Is HLK Build 26085 compatible with Windows Server 2025 Datacenter 10.0.26100?

I'm attempting to run some preliminary HLK tests on Server 2025 that was recently released via the Visual Studio Subscriptions en-us_windows_server_2025_preview_x64_dvd_ce9eb1a5.iso. My Controller server is Windows Server 2022 Standard Desktop Edition 10.0.20348 N/A Build 20348.Controller Software version from the Windows Insider Preview website: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windowsinsiderpreviewHLKController Version: 10.1.26085.26085Studio Version: 10.0.26085.1The problem I get is when I run the "\\123.123.123.123\HLKInstall\Client\setup.cmd" from the Server 2025 cli

windows server 2019 datacenter,windows 10 LTSC activation

Hi Gents,

in my organization we have windows server 2016 datacenter

and we activate windows 7 and windows 10 enterprise and bro from windows server 2016 datacenter kms host key,

we need to install windows server 2019 datacenter to activate windows 10 LTSC 2019,

my questions are?:

1- will we lost activation of windows 7 and windows 10 "old laptops"

2- activation of windows 10 LTSC just in windows server 2019 data center KMS ? and not possible in windows server 2016 datacenter?,

3- what is the problems that will face if we upgrade our windows server?

We acquired a license for Windows Server 2019 Datacenter but we need to install Windows Server 2016 Datacenter. What is the procedure to convert the Product Key for activation?

 

Windows HLK - Router Testing on Windows 10

I planned to perform Wireless Router Testing for Windows 10 using the HLK toolkit.

As per the basic HLK requirement, I brought up the HLK Controller by installing the Controller + Studio in a Windows 2008 Server and have installed Clients from the Controller's share in 4 Windows 10 PCs

As per this link, Wireless Router Testing Prerequisites,
there should be configuration jobs and test jobs available for configuring and performing the “Router” Tests. But no jobs or Features were seen on the HLK manager under $\WDK Tests\Networking.

Later I installed WDK for Windows 10 in the Controller (Windows 2008 Server) hoping to find some jobs/Features being populated under $\WDK Tests\Networking, but still no jobs or Features were listed.

Being a beginner, I couldn’t assess if any additional package is missing or any configuration change or “Job/Feature imports” to be performed in HLK. Moreover couldn’t find any reference for it in the Documentation too.
