    IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL Minidump attached


    Hi,I recently created a second local user account on my Windows 10 Professional laptop. Before then, I had had no issues of BSOD. However, after creating the second user, I noticed that whenever I'm logged onto both accounts via 'Switch User' and send the machine to "Sleep" a BSOD appears with the following message: IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL.The issue does not happen if I log out from one account first, instead of using "Switch User".Already did a sfc /scannow, memory diagnostic, DISM, windows update, virus scan, and no issues were found. I'm using the latest graphic driver for the laptop In

    Device: Acer Aspire S5 371T

    CPU: Intel Core i7 6500U

    Display: Intel HD Graphics

    I recently had my motherboard replaced due to boot issues. However, I'm now experiencing BSODs with the error code 'IRQL not less or equal'.

    The IRQL Not Less or Equal blue screen
    error likely occurs due to driver issues. This can also be caused by insufficient system resources, corrupted system files, and software conflicts.

    • What is the make and model of your device?
    • Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
    • Which build and version of Windows 10 are you using? To check it, follow the steps on this

    • Can you upload the mini dump file to your OneDrive and share again the link on this thread? Since it shown on the link that you've provided that it's no longer available.
