Windows 10: Inviting Family Member to join and have access to Microsoft 365

I am the main holder of a Microsoft 365 system. I have up to 5 family members with whom I wish to share the facility but whenever I invite them an error code comes up. CgyExPrwh0K7Zw6e.9.98 I have tried the recommendation of what to do without success. Should all this be done on a mobile or can it be done on a laptop?

Family member can't join after receiving the email invite

I invited a family member to create a log-in for them on a new windows 10 PC. The family member received the invite email but when they click "Join" it asks for a password. They don't have a password yet and therefore can't finish the joining process.
This is a cray way to add users, what happen to the simple control panel process?????

 

Microsoft Family - Invite Member Issue

Member invited but when member tries to accept an error message states 'Something went wrong, try refresh or come back in a while'

I've completed this for other members with no issue but one invited member cannot access due to the above error message.

I've tried the link from both the email sent and also from within the organisers account and it will bring me to the page with button 'Join Family Group' but on selection, it returns error message above.

Any ideas anyone? I've reviewed the accounts of the other members and there's nothing different.

I've also reviewed other threads in this community with no satisfactory conclusion to any of them.
