Windows 10: Invisible app window Not Off Screen App

I can't use my app because I can't see its window. I have tried all of the tricks to get off-screen windows back and none work, but I don't think it's off-screen because it is multiple and random apps that this happens with. When I do the Move option the cursor changes to the cross and is usually visible in the middle of my display. 95% of the time this happens is when I run an app, like Windows Terminal Preview or others, as Administrator it will show up in the taskbar and Task Manager but the window will not pull up on the screen. If I run it without admin it will show just fine. In Process

Apple Claims Steam Link App Violates App Store Guidelines

So yeah, there's a lot of reasons why Steam Link would get rejected.

App submissions and approvals is a thing between developer and Apple. Valve intentionally let this information leak probably because Apple's restrictive guidlines will never allow Steam Link to be on the store. Valve is hoping the Steam user base makes a lot of noise so Apple grants Valve and exemption. I doubt it will work. Apple loves control and Steam Link is a portal into the Linux/Windows ecosystem. Even if Steam Link were exclusive to Mac OS, Apple would likely demand Valve use Mac OS's remote desktop features rather than Steam Link.

I'd be shocked if Apple allows it.

 

Camera app icon invisible

I updated the Camera app to version 2020.127.20.0 today on my laptop and now its icon/shortcut on the taskbar is there, but invisible.




It's OK on the Start menu.




Any ideas on how to fix that? TIA.

Weather App not working windows 8.1

The apps troubleshooter wouldn't fix it on any of the machines. Tried syncing the app licenses, too. No dice. Uninstalling and reinstalling the MSN Weather App appears to have fixed it.
