Windows 10: Intermittent PC crashing/Restarting/BSOD/ usually after exiting, or starting a game/web browser

Okay, I am at the point where I am now creating a post and asking for help, cause I am at my whit's end.This has been going on for awhile now, I've become so used to it I can't say for sure, maybe 6 months?First off, there were no issues before this started, and no there were no upgrades other than the initial memory upgrade I did, prebuilt ASUS ROG machineUsually, after I am done playing a game, or attempting to start Civ6 from steam, or rarely in the middle of web browsing, the PC will either at least 1-2 times a day:1. Web Browser Crashing

Try to login to Safemode to see if all browser will still crash. Please follow these steps:

• Press Windows logo key Windows logo key + I on your keyboard to open Settings. If that doesn't work, select the Start button in the lower-left corner of your screen, then select
  Settings.
• Select Update & security > Recovery.
  
• Under Advanced startup, select Restart now.
  
• After your PC restarts to the Choose an option screen, select
  Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings >
  Restart.
• After your PC restarts, you'll see a list of options. Select 4 or F4 to start your PC in
  Safe Mode. Or if you'll need to use the Internet, select 5 or F5 for
  Safe Mode with Networking.
