Windows 10: IntelR Wireless-AC 9461 not working

This is the second time it happens. My computer can’t find any WIFI connections, and in Device Manager, the network adapter IntelR Wireless-AC 9461 reads either “Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. Code 43”, or “This device cannot start. Code 10”.

Intel (R) Wireless- AC 9461 adapter problem on Windows 11

Hello.

I've been having trouble with internet connection on my VivoBook ASUS Laptop X409JP. I have Windows 11 installed and I can't connect to the internet and even the WiFi settings are no longer showing up. When we tried to troubleshoot, the error "The Intel (R) Wireless-AC 9461 adapter is experiencing driver- or hardware- related problems" showed.

I found the article here with almost the same problem but with Windows 10. We tried to follow the instructions but I still can't connect to the internet.

What should I do?

When you uninstall the device are you also checking the box to remove drivers? Make sure you have a driver available you downloaded.

Have you looked in Device Manager and set the view to show hidden devices. There may be other instances you can uninstall.

The AC 9461 is a 1x1 card with a NVCio interface so motherboard drivers could be involved.

You may even want to disable it in the Bios for a short time and see if it helps.

 

Killer Wireless-AC 1535 - 5GHz isn't Working

Hi all experts fellows ,


I need your help/support to solve my Dell XPS 15 9560 network adaptor which is Killer Wireless-AC 1535 and the 5GHz isn't Working on my laptop, while I can confirm my router is working fine because all of my other devices perfectly connected with my router ,

Windows version is 1903 OS build is 18362.449

On Killer Wireless-AC 1535 official website stated it does support the 5GHz frequency but when I tried to search in WINDOWS 10 Pro for the available wireless connection the 2.4Ghz is appearing only ,

I tried to troubleshoot all , installed/uninstalled drivers , reset network , clear cache , flush dns , every possible way but the 5Ghz band/frequency isn't appearing on my WINDOWS 10 PRo

even I contacted Microsoft support they troubleshoot remotely over many of hours but no resolution for the issue , finally they suggested to install a clean windows and I did that with one of their representative support ,
but the issue remain same ,

I myself is a software developer so you can guess I'm not new/noob to computers,

Please suggest
