Windows 10: IntelR Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160 MHz controller doesn't work

Hi, my controller IntelR Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160 MHz is not working since 2 weeks, probably 'cause the some update, It's Windows 10 and I cannot connect to internet by Wi-Fi, just by Ethernet.The system model is Nitto AN515-55 and manufacturer is Acer.I've tried everything, I'd really apreciate some Microsoft technician could help me. Thank you.

There were several repetitive errors in the Event Logs concerning the adapter such as:

NDIS - Miniport Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz, {86d0abcb-964d-48ec-b0f3-b794d8c693ca}, had event Fatal error: The miniport has detected an internal error

Netwtw10 - Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz : Has determined that the network adapter is not functioning properly.

Netwtw10 - Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz : The network adapter has returned an invalid value to the driver.

Netwtw10 - Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz : Has encountered an internal error and has failed.

It does look like a hardware issue but some of the errors point to a driver issue.

Can you try the following:

Shut down the laptop and unplug it and take out the battery. Then hold down the power button for 60 seconds.

Plug back in and start the laptop.

That may reset the wireless.

Zunächst empfehle ich Ihnen, Folgendes zu versuchen:

Zugriff auf den Geräte-Manager;
Wechseln Sie zu (>) Netzwerkadaptern.
Klicken Sie mit der rechten Maustaste auf das Wi-Fi-Gerät 6 AX201 160 MHz und wählen Sie die Option Deinstallieren.
Starten Sie den PC neu;

Greifen Sie auf den folgenden Link zu und laden Sie den zweiten Treiber aus der Liste für Windows 11 herunter:https://www.intel.de/content/www/de/de/download...
Überprüfen Sie nach der Installation des Treibers, ob das WLAN jetzt normal funktioniert.

Windows 10 Code 43 Wi-Fi Adapter Issue: Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160 MHz

Was Intel (R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160 MHz already pre-installed on the pc or did you install it later?

Try to perform the procedure for clean installation of the Wi-Fi driver: Visit the website of the PC manufacturer, Support and Driver Area, select the exact model of the PC and the operating system in use, download and save the latest version of the Wi-Fi driver available for the model of the Wireless network adapter in use, then disconnect from the internet, disconnect the Ethernet cable and / or disable the WiFi. Go to Device Manager> Network Adapters, right click on the wireless adapter and choose Uninstall. Select the check box, "Delete the driver software for this device". Search your computer for the previously downloaded driver file, right-click on the file and run it as Administrator. Restart your computer, reconnect to the internet and try again.

If Bluetooth is also present on the PC, perform the same procedure to reinstall the Bluetooth drivers.

Also, make sure your Chipset drivers are up to date and also make sure you are running the latest BIOS.
