Windows 10: Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX201 Issues

Hi all -- I have been having some sudden issues connecting to Wi-Fi on my Razer Blade 15 laptop. I'm getting a Code 10 or Code 43 error in device manager.I've tried uninstalling the drivers and re-installing the device this solution. I also tried this solution without any luck I can edit the registry, but the edit doesn't get the power management tab to come back.I'm all out of ideas, sadly -- I would love any advice that this community may be able to offer!

Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160 MHz showing code 10

There were several repetitive errors in the Event Logs concerning the adapter such as:

NDIS - Miniport Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz, {86d0abcb-964d-48ec-b0f3-b794d8c693ca}, had event Fatal error: The miniport has detected an internal error

Netwtw10 - Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz : Has determined that the network adapter is not functioning properly.

Netwtw10 - Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz : The network adapter has returned an invalid value to the driver.

Netwtw10 - Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz : Has encountered an internal error and has failed.

It does look like a hardware issue but some of the errors point to a driver issue.

Can you try the following:

Shut down the laptop and unplug it and take out the battery. Then hold down the power button for 60 seconds.

Plug back in and start the laptop.

That may reset the wireless.

 

Intel(R) Wi-fi 6 AX201 160MHz Not Working

I have a LENOVO with a non working touchpad. I found where my problem was. I needed to install the "Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz". This worked for me.

 

Issue with the Intel Wi-Fi driver 6 AX201

We are recently experiencing Wi-Fi issue in our office while doing any video call meetings via Microsoft Teams the call gets hold for few seconds or poor network quality.

Our internal IT team did many troubleshooting on the above issue but we are unable to get into bottom of the issue.

After doing many investigations we found that what ever the PC's facing Wi-Fi issue Event Viewer provides the same error code (Netwtw14 - Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz : Has encountered an internal error and has failed.) and we got to know that this error code basically means network card issue and also our side the network equipment logs say that the client has stopped responding, which would make sense that endpoint Wi-Fi device has crashed.

Please kindly assist us to troubleshoot this issue.
