Windows 10: Install errors on Realtek Semiconductor Corp Extension 6.0.9764.1 error - 0x80070103.

I have a new ASUS Vivobook. Was updating drivers. Got install errors on Realtek Semiconductor Corp Extension 6.0.9764.1 error - 0x80070103. I looked at Update Hx and it says the driver was installed successfully. Now I can't use WIFI on the laptop. No available networks show up. I've tried shutting down and restarting, but still same problem. For now I've turned off updates. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem? Thanks.
