Windows 10: install error Windows 11, version 23H2repair version

I've been facing issues with Windows Update for the past few days. Initially, I encountered the installation error "0x800703f1" screenshot while trying to update Windows to KB5050021. To fix this, I attempted to reinstall Windows via the recovery settings and downloaded the 23H2 repair version.However, after installation and rebooting, I checked Windows Update again and received an installation error for the repair version screenshot. When I retry, it just starts downloading the repair version again, which I believe won’t resolve the issue and will only consume more disk space.Additionally

Windows 11 version 22H2 Install error - 0x800700a1

Yes, I have run all of the troubleshooting ideas but none of them changed anything.

I downloaded a new version of the Media Creation Tool. These were the steps it showed on the screen after running the ISO:

1. Getting updates
   
2. Making sure you're ready to install
   
3. Ready to install
   

Within 10 seconds of clicking "install", I get the error message: "Windows 11 installation has failed". I don't know where to find a log that will give more information. What else can I try?

When checking on something else, within Control Panel I looked at "System Information" and I saw hat it shows "Windows 11 Pro version 21H2". My udpate is trying to install version 22H2. Is that a problem?

Already done and dusted, id NEVER get any copy of windows from a torrent site.its so dodgy.

That's what I'd suggest. As long as you use a legit key (& no cracks) you can get the ISOs anywhere (MS, a friend, etc)
