Windows 10: Information regarding "PlaceholderTileLogoFolder" folder appearing in %LOCALAPPDATA%

HiRecently I saw a new folder called "PlaceholderTileLogoFolder" appear in my Local App Data, upon searching some said that this folder may be potentially very harmful to the PC. I would be very grateful if someone could help me identify this folder's nature and whether it is malicious? What steps should I take? A screenshot of the folder and it's contentsThanks

Unrelated question: I get the BSOD about once per week at odd times. Lenovo X1 Carbon Thinkpad purchased about a year ago.

How to make a Uber Hidden Folder

• Make a new folder.
• Change the icon to a blank icon. No icon should appear
• Rename the folder to a blank by pressing "alt + 255." (NOTE: Press 255 on the numpad) No text should appear.
• Your done! It is uber hidden. *Big Grin

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
