Windows 10: Impossible to reach tech support?

Hello,I have been calling multiple numbers listed on the microsoft support website to try and get through, but every time I call any microsoft number, it automatically says "For password reset support, please visit" and then gives a url, then thanks me for calling and hangs up. I am not concerned about password resets, I need help with a different issue. How do I get through to an actual service, robotic or human, that won't hang up on me without hearing any input about my actual problem?

How do you reach the page with Tech support personnel listed. I have had a long discussion with one specific tech, who assured me that he would be my contact for the year's contract that I purchased. Assure does not seem an easy program, what am I doing
wrong?

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

B3 Phenom support

I checked gigabyte's site on my GA-M57 and it didn't say anything about b3 stepping update, but all of the x3 chips are b3 steppings, so just use the x3 support bios if available.
