Windows 10: Im trying to upgrade to win 11 but i get an error

When i try to upgrade to windows 11 it says i can only select nothing when faced with "choose what to keep section"Also at the bottom it says "your files, apps and settings cant be kept because your current version of windows might be installed in an unsupported directory or your trying to install an older version of windows"I've checked health check and it says I'm able to update.The only thing I've done regarding my pc storage is change where the windows files are located from a hard drive to an SSD for more storage.

im trying to install fresh win 11 to my notebook and it throws up error 0x8007025D, can you help me ?

 

Upgrade to Win 11

Trying to upgrade laptop to Win 11. My processor is listed on Microsoft compatibility list as one that will work with Win 11, but the health check says it won't and therefore will not allow upgrade. All other items on list are ticked green. Any advice please?

TY for responding. My Windows Updates are up to date. If I remember correctly, at one time I received a notice through Windows Update that Windows 11 was available but it indicated I'd have to wait (no specific reason given why). This possibly corresponds with what Techfreak_ suggested - Microsoft has yet to configure a Win 11 upgrade for my particular HP model that is still in S mode.

I'll try getting out of S mode and upgrading to Win 11. I'll post the outcome.
