Windows 10: I’m trying to sell my PC, but upon resetting it, I get stuck on a “please wait” screen. I...

I will say that I have tried a few things. I’ve manually deleted everything except for windows itself which I would try if possible. I’ve already tried a few commands chkdsk and sys /scannow I think and well that’s about it actually. I did finally activate windows on the PC just recently but it was having issues resetting before that so… I might just leave the SSD out.. wait I just thought of something!!

My pc stucks on "please wait" screen

Hello. Yesterday, I try to turn on my pc but it stucks on loading screen all the time. I tried with automatic repair and choosed options for repair, restore and reset but the situation is the same. Now, I'm trying to enter in safe mode but pc stucks on
"please wait" screen almost for 30minutes. What I supposed to do now?

Hello so im trying to boot into safe mode cuz i could login in my pc (i didnt forget password it was stuck on date/time screen) and its stuck on blue please wait screen any help?
