Windows 10: i'm stuck on BSOD error "driver_irql_not_less_or_equal tcpip.sys"

i've deleted both my wifi's card drivers and my wifi card from device manager to reinstall the drivers since it was kinda slow lately, but after i restarted my pc it was stuck in the windows loading screen so i turned it off and started the pc again, now i've been stuck in this BSOD for an hour and i can't manage to get to my desktop, any advice? i realy don't want to do a new install of windows again.

Please let us know the make/model of your computer.

The L1C63x64.sys is the Atheros LAN driver and I would suggest to uninstall and reinstall the Atheros LAN driver but install the latest Atheros LAN driver by visiting the manufacture's website and avoid using any LAN driver available though Windows Update.

However the problem could also be with any VPN software and other software so make sure you have the latest version of each of these software.

If the errors continue uninstall the VPN software and check if the issue persist.

My girlfriend brought a BSOD to my attention while she was on my computer today. She was watching YouTube videos and playing some games on Facebook Apps when she got the BSOD. The information she gave me was directly from the screenshot of the error information
which is stated below.

driver_irql_not_less_or_equal

ERROR: e2xw10x64.sys

Any idea of what caused this?
