Windows 10: I'm seeing this weird barcode like thing when scrolling the left Pane in File Explorer in...

I am seeing a weird barcode thing on the left pane of file explorer when i scrolling in my new windows 11 Lenovo laptop tha I bought hardly 20 days ago. I called up the Lenovo support, after multiple sessions with them still the issue is not resolved. I updated all the drivers, factory reset my laptop still thi problem exists. I was also advised to use external mouse and to my surprise when I used external mouse this issue didn't happen. It happens only when I am scrolling using my touchpad. I called Microsoft support too they said that this issue seems to be of hardware but here's my question

I get this graphics glitch when scrolling down on the left pane in File Explorer in Windows 10. Is there a way to fix this, it seems a bit strange?

Check your power plans to see if hd idle is set to low.
Your Hdd/ssd may be going to sleep too quickly . what you are seeing
may just be it waking up.

 

slow movement when scrolling left listview in file explorer windows 10

I tried my surface pro4 and Lenovo yoga pro 3, both with touch ability. My issue is when I scrolling the file explorer, the left side of listview which show the folder list, it was very lag when I scrolling, seems like very slow response and the bottom of
the list looks like barcode line.

Is it related to the graphic? Both laptop are new.
