Windows 10: I’m having trouble booting/getting into my computer. LogonUI.exe application error

Whenever I start it up, I get through bios steps fine, i see the logo and the loading spinning dots. Then just a black screen with spinning dots. Then when the logon screen with the user profile ready for my password is suppose to come up. It does. I get a black background with a popup as seen in the image. The only way I can get anywhere is starting the PC in the recovery mode force shutdown 3 times i have tried safe mode boot and that still doesnt seem to work. Bringing me again to the black screen and the popup error. This is my old computer im trying to keep working to hand down to my br

showing a number of indications of software and program malfunction.

To resolve the issue, please follow the steps below:

• Run System File checker and DISM
• Perform a clean boot in Windows

No change. Ran both the SFC and the DISM then clean boot and error message still comes up. Any other ideas? Could it have anything to do with faulty DIMM memory, etc.?

 

regsvr32.exe - application error

Getting "REGSVR32.EXE APPLICATION ERROR - The instruction at 0x0000000076ED6BEF reference memory at 0x0000000000000014. The memory could not be read. Click on OK to terminate the program" This occurs all be itself - I'm not trying to run any program
- infact, I have walked away from my computer and when I get back this error is showing on the screen. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to correct this? Thank you ...
