    I'm having problems with JW Library on my laptop? When I select Play ALL or even shuffle for music audio or video then it only plays the first 2 songs and then stops playing.It's fine on my phone but on my pc both streaming and downloaded only play the first two songs then it carries on playing with the purple line at the bottom continuing the time, but doesn't go to the next song.I have also installed it and reinstalled it from Microsoft Apps and it still does the same. Can you help me with any settings maybe as to why it's not working?

    Error Message for Update to JW Library

    I downloaded the JW Library app to my Windows 7 Pro laptop that has been upgraded to Windows 10 prior to the download. The app opens and functions properly. However, I continue to get a popup "System Update Needed" with the message "The next update of JW
    Library will require Windows 10." On my Android smartphone and tablet with JW Library installed, I already have received the update to JW Library.

    I am assuming that the app cannot distinguish that I have Windows 10 already installed. My laptop is about 4 years old. How can I get the JW Library app to recognize that I already have Windows 10 on my laptop so that I can get the update?
