Windows 10: I'm getting Notifications of System Update, but it has stuck in between, it is no more...

I'm getting Notifications of System Update, but it has stuck in between, it is no more updating. It says to plug-in, but even after plugging, it has just stopped. How can I fix it ASAP?I've tried Trouble Shooting, but it isn't fixed yet, and I've even got 48GB free of disk storage, So I don't know what just went wrong, exactly??And in even in Windows Power Button there is NO UPDATE Button as I've mentioned below in Pic...Let me know how to fix ASAP......

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

 

Cannot get notifications to work

Hello,

Awhile back notifications suddenly stopped working, I can't remember if it was after an update.

Under Settings > System > Notification & actions. I have "Get notification from apps and other senders" enabled and have toggled the switch to on under the app list. Still nothing.

Bit of googling founda suggestion to run the SFC, while it did find and repair files, notifications still do not work.

Any ideas?

• Get notifications from apps and other senders
• Show notifications on the lock screen
• Show alarms, reminders, and incoming VoIP calls on the lock screen
• Hide notifications when duplicating my screen
• Get tips, tricks, and suggestions as you use Windows

You may just turn them off the notification as you need.
