Windows 10: im getting BSOD with elden ring

Discus and support im getting BSOD with elden ring in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; Whenever I try to open Elden Ring, when I reach the menu to select a new game, continue, etc., my computer stops, and the BSOD appears with the code...     im getting BSOD with elden ring


    Whenever I try to open Elden Ring, when I reach the menu to select a new game, continue, etc., my computer stops, and the BSOD appears with the code bad pool caller or kernel mode heap corruption. This doesn't happen with any other game. I've tried: marvel rivals, Apex Legends, valorant, Red Dead Redemption 2, hitman WOA, Stardew Valley, the Batman Arkham series, and The Witcher 3. It only happens with Elden ring. everything seems to be up to date on my computer, and I've run some scans with the command prompt for my disks and file system and everything is okay. it just happens with Elden Ring

    Latest Elden Ring patch crashes

    Ever since I installed the latest patch of Elden Ring it keeps crashing every time I move my character or the camera really quickly and then it crashes is this specifically a Windows issue or a problem with the Easy AntiCheat software that Elden Ring uses ?
