Windows 10: im getting billed and i dont have acct

Discus and support im getting billed and i dont have acct in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; HI,Im getting billed on my credit card and i dont even have acct, how can stop these charges i have canceled my card twice and i still keep getting...     HI,Im getting billed on my credit card and i dont even have acct, how can stop these charges i have canceled my card twice and i still keep getting charged.
