Upgrade decline

I don't want to upgrade. Windows 10 window pops up every time I turn my computer on and only gives the option of postponing the upgrade to a specific later date and time. I would like to decline....How?

 

Video card or RAM need upgrading?

Memtest: no errors after 10 hrs.
I'm going to perform the Primetest, later on. Get back to you on that.
I'm going to take it step by step, guys. I need to find the problem with this current computer. I might have to upgrade some components, so that it is still runnable. As for the new one, yes....i will build on it later. I need to find something decent 'gaming experience', all suggestions appreciated. THanks.

 

Windows 10 upgrade is at the installation point; if I decline or cancel now, can I upgrade later?

I forgot that today was the day for Windows 10 upgrade and my computer dutifully downloaded the update. Now the update is running; it is currently on the splash screen where is says, "Great, we'll get the updrade started" and asks the user to decline or
accept the upgrade terms.

Unfortunately, I do not want to upgrade right now; I still need to backup my current Windows 7 system before installing the upgrade.

How can I cancel the upgrade for today, but still upgrade later?

Should I choose "Decline" or "Accept"?

Is it too late to make this decision?
