    I have been paying $9.99 per since 3/28/23 and I remember agreeing to $4.99 per month. I want to cancel this payment each month. I'm also paying for drivers elsewhere. Please do not charge me any longer. I can't imagine what this payment has done for me for the past 2 years.     Cancel recurring credit charge for Visio

    I signed up for a monthly subscription for Visio in 8/2023. I later bought the program on 9/20/23. I have been trying to cancel the monthly charge since 10/23 with no success. I spoke with a customer service rep and she told me she would cancel this starting 11/23 or 12/23. It's now 3/24 and I am still getting still getting the 5.00 monthly charge. I want this to stop, and I want a credit for the back charges.
