Windows 10: I tried to reinstall my windows and it gave me an error then blue screen

Hello. I tried to reinstall my windows lately because my operating system was running slow, i plugged my usb with the windows files in my laptop. I booted from that usb and after formating all of my partitions i chose where to install the windows, and mid instalation it gave me this error code: 0x8007025D. I tried the 2nd time with same results, i gave it some time and at my 3rd try when i pressed the power button, instead of showing me the instalation menu, it was a blank blue screen. No text, no cursor no nothing. F8 key worked, it showed me a menu with 8 or 9 different options, but nothink

Before we proceed I would like you to answer the following question:

• 
  What is the make and model of your computer?
  
• 
  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.

I have tried all of the options there, Which is why i included in my post the lists of things that i performed to isolate the cause of bsod. Thanks
