I tried to access my account was blocked. Filled out a recovery form. But received a message I created a new account, that Microsoft is ignoring my request because I had activated two-step authorization. But that's why I made a request to restore access to my blocked account, because I lost the ability to use such authorization two steps And what should I do now? All the methods that Microsoft recommended do not work in my case

I just want to confirm when did you last successfully sign in to your Microsoft account? If you have not logged into your account for more than two years and it has been closed due to inactivity, you will not be able to use the Account Recovery Form to recover your account. Did you have two-factor authentication (2FA) active on the account? If you do have the 2FA active, are you able to access the second factor of authentication? If so, please try resetting your password. Detailed steps on resetting your password can be found in the following support article: https://support.microsoft.com/office/eff4f067-5...

Important: The account recovery form can only be used if two-step verification isn't turned on. If the feature is enabled, the only way to recover the account is to regain access to your two-step verification phone number.

If you did not have 2FA active on the account, and the account was not deleted due to inactivity, you will need to try the Account Recovery Form: Recover your account

Important: If you haven't received any response from the Recovery Forms, please check your junk and spam folders just in case you received it there. Also, try to re-submit your request again after 24 hours.

Microsoft takes account security very seriously, that's why Account Recovery is an automated process with no human influence. If you don't have the correct information, you may not be able to get through account verification using the Recovery Form.

The Account Recovery Form requires adequate information to prove that you are the owner of the account. The Account Recovery Process can be a time-consuming process, but providing as much info as possible from the start of the process will increase the possibility of being verified by the automated process. You'll need to keep trying until you're verified by Microsoft.

Remember to use a familiar device from which you've frequently accessed your Microsoft account, as well as a familiar location. Microsoft will review your responses and respond within 24 hours. If you are verified, instructions on how to log back into your account will be sent to you, and if you are not verified, you will need to submit the Account Recovery form again. You can do this up to 2 times every 24 hours.

It's important to note that Microsoft Support will not be able to grant you access to your account, you will be sent back to the Account Recovery pages that have been linked above.

No response to Account Recovery Form

Hello, I sent out a couple of Account Recovery forms and since some lacked important information, they were denied. After including more details based from memory/screenshots/transactions it seems that the recovery form ceased it's responses. Why is that? And what steps can I take to get an answer to how to get my account back?

 

Account Recovery

I've tried to recover my account following every possible step, reading every form, adding any possible piece of data for the very minimal amount of questions the recovery form asks me to fill out. I know for a fact that I am using the proper password and that I am answering the security question correctly, despite having this account for too many years. I have done EVERYTHING asked of me to recover my account. An account I made a recent purchase on with the same card I add to my recovery form and I am still getting rejected. The email is literally my name (not a common name or spelling), short of emailing a photo of my drivers license, I do not know what else I can possibly do to prove I am myself.

At this point I don't even care about the account, I care about the fact that I very recently switched my Mojang account over to be linked with my Microsoft account and now Microsoft is telling me I essentially have to start all over. Repurchase everything. The account picture is literally my dog and I can very easily prove that.

I have spent too many hours crying in frustration and filling out forms. I understand the purpose of these precautions is account security, but they didn't stop my account from being hacked, only from me getting it back. I don't know how I can just give up and make a new account under the assumption that some stranger has my account.

I would really appreciate an email I could contact for customer service for Microsoft so I can either recover my account with proof of identity, unlink with my Mojang account and delete the lost account.

What I don't need is another list of steps on how to fill out a recovery form.
