Windows 10: I thought the bluetooth issue was patched?

Yesterday and all before. Bluetooth worked fine for me, no issues whatsoever connecting to my headphones and all that, Last night I just so happened to forget to turn my pc off which happens all the time and nothing ever came of it , and I notice that my quick settings menu is completely different, because Bluetooth is no longer there, and my head phones couldn't connect because the night before I had disabled Bluetooth connection, I try going in to advanced settings but I saw no enable blue tooth option, I tried hitting connect and that didn't work, I just tried restarting my computer, and we

From the description provided, I understand that the Bluetooth service appears to stop working after Windows-10 upgrade.

Please be informed that the Bluetooth Support Service runs as NT AUTHORITY\LocalService in a shared process. It shares an executable file with other services. Also,
Bluetooth Support Service will not start, if the Remote Procedure Call (RPC) service is stopped or disabled.

In this situation reconfiguring the Bluetooth driver might not help. I would suggest you to refer to the below suggested methods and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

Method 1:

This issue may happen due to system file corruption. I suggest you to run System file checker. System File checker (SFC) scan is done to check if there are any corrupted system files that could be causing this issue. Kindly follow
the below given steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X, select
  Command prompt (Admin) to bring up elevated Command prompt.
  
• 
  In Command prompt type
  sfc/scannow and press enter.
  

• Restart the computer.

Method 2:

If no corrupted system files were found in the previous state, then I suggest you to try the following steps to employ the DISM command lines:

• 
  Open command prompt by pressing Windows key + X and selecting “Command prompt admin”.
  
• 
  In command prompt, type the following commands and press Enter after each command:
  

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Cleanupimage

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

• 
  Close the command prompt and restart the PC and check if it works.

Bluetooth Headphone Connection Issues

I would suggest to perform some basic troubleshooting steps by following the article to find out the reason and to update the Bluetooth driver.

Check the Status of the Bluetooth in Device Manager and update it:

• Search Device Manager using Cortana.
• Right click Bluetooth drivers and select the Update driver software.

Check also if the Bluetooth service on your laptop is enabled by following this steps:

• Press Windows key + R and type service.msc
• Search for Bluetooth Support Service.
• Right click on the Service and click on Enable.
