    I think that AMD Radeon HD 7600M Series does not work.


    Hello! My name is Razvan and I have a problem with the AMD Radeon 7600M Series video card. This problem is in my laptop which is about 12 years old. The problem appeared at the beginning of the summer, making the blue screen when I wanted to open a video game. I somehow solved the blue screen problem, but not all games can blue screen with the message "VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE" I'm not sure if this is what the blue screen message looks like. To show you that the video card is not working, I give you images with some messages when opening a game: In GPU-Z you can see that the AMD Radeon 760

    Why Do I need Intel HD graphics with AMD Radeon HD 7600M Series

    When I Remove the intel HD graphic driver the external amd driver also goes undetected.
    why this happens ?

    Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.



    As per the device manufacturer’s support site, the graphics card is not designed to support Windows 10, the drivers for ATI Radeon HD 3450 graphics card are available only up to Windows 8, you can try with installing
    AMD Catalyst software Suite for Windows 8/8.1 in compatibility
    mode and see if it helps.



    • Right click the applications installation file (exe), select
      Properties andgo toCompatibility
      Tab.
    • Select the appropriate options from the list.
    • Click Apply/OK.
    • Right Click the file and select the
      Run as administrator option to install.


    I also suggest to check in device manager if the PC has integrated graphics or get in touch with the device manufacturer to check the same. You can also get the complete device specifications by entering the System Service tag
