Windows 10: I think I’m infected and am going in blind to battle a force I can’t even find to attack??

Hi. I’m not the brightest spark with computer security and it seems somewhere along the way I’ve contracted something that has rapidly been shutting my computer down bit by bit. It started with an increase in noise, then taking longer to load each window or program, windows started freezing and then crashing, I feel like every website I visit to find an antivirus leads me to a fake antivirus, some files were irreversibly deleted, I ran rkill which I had in an old folder which said there was a start up setting named Iprip or something and something in [HEUR] sorry I’m trying to use my memory a

If want to disable IE, still can. However, can't uninstall it like were able to in XP/98/whatever.
Here's how, although I find it useful in case Chrome or Firefox stops working and have to re-download it. *Wink
1. Search for turn windows features on or off and click it in the search results.

2. When the app opens, uncheck Internet Explorer 11.

3. Click Yes on the warning dialog.

5. Restart for the changes to finish.

I was hoping someone could give me a list of step by step instructions you use as a guide to clean virus, malware...etc. so I can keep my PC clean if it gets infected.

Smart phones for blind users

Strange as it may seem blind people do use mobile phones, however many features are wasted, to access something as simple as a message you need a separate program such as "Nuance Talks" that costs as much as the phone!

Now Nokia is half way there with the speech for some functions so how much harder to take the extra step and include text to speech from the screen?

For those people "on the go" just think how handy to press a button and hear the message in your bluetooth device! or scroll down your contacts list without having to look at your screen!

Please Nokia, the world has many poorly sighted people, take the step and make an effort to make phones "accessible"!
