Windows 10: I think I have a really bad virus on my PC, Is there any way I can fix this

The other day, I downloaded a program to which it gave me a virus. I ran Malwarebytes and turns out it was a Bitcoin miner. I got rid of it of course but after that My PC's GPU and Memory usage would just stay really really high even when i had nothing open. I've tried resetting my computer completely But something called "SystemSettingsAdminFlows.EXE" needed permissions for that. So i gave I went into my system32 file and found that SystemSettingsAdminFlows.EXE. When I ran the application it brought up the reset pc menu. I reset my pc through there and turns out it "fixed" the issue. My memor

With headphones my audio sounds echo and really bad

1. What is the make and model of the headphone?
   
2. Are you aware of any changes made to the PC prior to this issue?
   
3. How is the headphone connected to the PC?
   
4. When you say ‘I've reset multiple times’, are you referring to the Sound settings reset or the complete PC reset?

computer virus

i think me computer has a virus when i start it up there are no short cuts or task bar( thing with the start button) any suggestions on how to fix it? thanxs
