Windows 10 Shutdown will not log user off.

I suggest you to follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + R, type netplwiz and press Enter.
• Under Users tab, check if the option for "Users must enter a username and password to use this computer" has a tick.
• If not, then check the option and click on Apply and
  OK.

Restart the computer and check for status.

Remember username

Is there a setting on Nokia Lumia 700 that the applications would remember my username like computer does? So that the program would "remember" which I have used before.

Thanks, have heard this before...is their a step by step procedure to OC using the bios settings you suggest.
i don’t intend pushing this to its limit...but some increase would be great, any suggestions on a good air cooler ?
