Windows 10: I recently factory restarted my laptop and erased everything but when I tried logging back...

The laptop had a different Microsoft account that I have no idea what it was so I decided to erase everything and reset it with my Microsoft account but it keeps telling me that it doesn't recognise my Microsoft account,l thought the whole point of erasing everything is to start a fresh

Finally! An alternative to eraser...

it looks much cleaner then the eraser so that is a big step up.
