Windows 10: I ran chkdsk C: /f /r /x and got an unspecified error 6e74667363686b2e 13d7 at stage 5....

My laptop got a blue screen bad config info and now can not boot. i tried system restore but it failed. Now i tried to run chkdsk now it says "An unspecified error occurred 6e74667363686b2e 13d7 and I can't type anything anymore. should i just exit cmd?I need to recover the files on my laptop what should I do please help me.

I am getting the messages "An unspecified error occurred (6e74667363686b2e 1255)." and "An unspecified error occurred (6e74667363686b2e 1847)." when executing the command "chkdsk D: /f /r /x"

A couple of months ago my ssd has been causing issues with the files located in it. I mainly store games in there and noticed that no games want to run at all. Steam, when updating games, displayed the message "Corrupt update files" or "Corrupt download files" while other games showed the message "Game file verification failed". The games I had previously downloaded were missing as well.

In order to try and fix the issue, I executed - in Administrator: Command Prompt - "chkdsk D: /f /r /x". The scan ran for only one stage and stopped after displaying the messages "An unspecified error occurred (6e74667363686b2e 1255)." and "An unspecified error occurred (6e74667363686b2e 1847).". After those two messages were displayed, Security and Maintenance gave me a notification saying I have to restart my PC to repair drive errors. Even after restarting the computer, the issues remained and the same error messages came back.

Hello! i'm currently trying to do a chkdsk /f because my ssd became raw and unaccessible, i know theres a format option but i have been wait for 2 hours and almost nothing has happened, how can i fix this error i get on chkdsk?

the errors i keep getting are:

"An unspecified error occurred (696e647863686b2e 9cd)"

"An unspecified error occurred (6e74667363686b2e 17b4)"

Doing chkdsk /x also doesnt work, any help?
