Windows 10: I purchased Windows 11 Pro on 12/29/24 still haven't received my product key! Please help!

Hello,I purchased Windows 11 Pro from the Microsoft Store on 12/29/24. I have the order number in my order history tab. It does not show a product key. I just built a new PC and installed Windows 11 Pro. I thought the digital license would be associated with my Microsoft account, but it is not giving me the option to activate my version of Windows. This is very frustrating; spending $200 on an operating system and I'm not able to activate it immediately?!

I read through +15 different support and community pages and I couldn´t find instructions to solve my issue that worked.

I purchased from the Microsoft Website (Comprar Windows 11 Pro - Microsoft Store es-ES), not the Microsoft Store. And I selected the "download" option. It´s been over 24 hours since the purchase.

There´s no product key in my Order History, I haven´t received the expected order confirmation email with instructions and the download link, and my Windows active versions is still Windows 11 Home. I´m completely stuck.

Please advise.

Not received Windows 11 Pro key on purchase from online MS Store.

I purchased Windows 11 Pro from Microsoft online store (India) vide Order Number# 3775904695 on 25.05.2024. Before purchase, I confirmed from customer support and they informed me that I will receive my windows 11 pro product key in the order email from Microsoft. However, there was no product key in the order email I received and till now no further email from Microsoft store regarding product key received.

Please help?
