Windows 10: I purchased a new windows 12 laptop and cannot print to my Epson ET-2850 sublimation printer

I have had my Epson ET-2850 for about a year. I recently just purchased a new laptop with Windows 11. I have not been able to print on the Epson since then. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled the printer several times. It will print one page after that and then when I try to print another page, I open the print queue and instead of saying "printing", it says "spooling" and never prints. I have to go into services and restart the print spooler to delete that particular print job. What can I do?? I am very frustrated. I've been messing with this for days and have even called Microsoft A

Hello, I just bought a Epson EcoTank ET-2850 printer for my home. I've been on the phone with Epson off and on today trying to get the Drivers and Utilities Combo Package Installer to download. I have a Lenovo Laptop with windows 11. They've tried everything and finally told me it has to be a Microsoft setting that needs disabled to allow the solftware from Epson to be downloaded. Please help.

The one you specifically need is "Drivers and Utilities Combo Package Installer "
