Windows 10: I need to delete this account!

I have an account on my work computer and I need to remove it. The remove button shows and when I press it the account removes but when I close it out and reopen email and accounts it shows back up. Please Help!

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

Deleted account keeps reappearing

Step 1: Steps to Remove a User Account in Settings
