@Bree, in case you are interested, some idiot at Microsoft renamed the keyboard to French, (Canadian, traditional, or heritage). It's in the list. Previously, it was always listed with the Canada keyboard definitions.

Thank you Chandy!! Although the steps you outlined weren't exactly as you listed them, I got it to work and I can toggle between the English and French keyboard easily clicking the Windows key plus Space.bar. This is great!! Joel Hall

 

Buy a nokia 5300 in usa

hello,

I m currently in usa for my job and i would like to buy my new cell phone here (a nokia 5300).

But i have a question that i hope you ll be able to answer for me. Do you know if my cell phone would work in france even if i buy it in usa. I m french so i would use it with a french operator not an american one.

I just want to buy the phone by it self and bring it back to france and put my french card inside to make it work with my french operator.

Is it gonna work or not? Do i have to buy it in france to make it work with my french operator?
