Windows 10: I need technical support. i just opened my computer and i got a pop up telling me that...

i dont have a screenshot of the message and i would appreciate any help

• What specific drivers are you trying to install?
• Is there any error messages after launching the drivers?
• Did you make any changes on your computer prior to this issue?

In the meantime, we suggest creating a new user account on your computer and see if you can successfully install those drivers on a different user profile. To do it, simply follow the steps below:

  Select the Start button, then select Settings > Accounts > Family & other people > Add
  someone else to this PC.

  Type a user name, password, password hint, and then select Next.

  Select Services and apps.
  
• 
  Click on Windows.
  
• 
  Click on Technical Support.

  There you will be able to contact the Technical support.

BEWARE!! Technical Support Scams!! DON'T CALL THEM FOR 'HELP!!!'

Everyone, we all know about these pop ups that tell you there is a 'virus' on your PC. A video conversion site is one of the culprits of showing you them. Please do not call the numbers on those pop ups as they are going to install a real virus. Please don't
believe in them.

IF YOU SEE ONE OF THE POP UPS, DO NOT HESITATE!! ACT!!

Please follow these steps on getting rid of them.

• Open Task Manager by Right-Clicking the taskbar
• Go to the browser you're on
• Click on it
• Select End Process
• Confirm (if required) that you really want to end it.

There you go. You can open up your browser but if the tab comes back quickly close it before it starts bothering you again.
