Windows 10: I need help with army men rts game that launches with a black screen and a loading cursor...

I have a game called Army Men RTS and whenever I open the game it launches with a black screen and a loading cursor and sometimes crashes on its own after this! I have a microsoft surface pro 4 laptop with 4 gigas ram and with windows 10. I had that game before on a sony vaio windows 7 laptop with 4 gigas ram and It used to work! I tried using all compatibility modes, enabling direct play option from programs and features, reducing color mode with reducing screen resolution, running as administrator, and reinstalling the game. I almost tried everything but the game still doesn't. So please help me with this problem and thanks!

win10 black screen and cursor but no password on acc still not loading


I upgraded to windows 10 from windows 8 and not 8.1 with black screen and cursor I had no password so it should automatically load into account but it did not plus I tried ctrl key and enter plus all other key combinations but nothing and waited for half an hour. Please help all suggestions are welcomed!

P.S. I can see the cursor and the loading windows logo so no imbecile answers like graphic card driver or monitor driver for god sake

 

screen turns black when launching game

When I launch a game like Fortnite or PUBG the screen goes black, all I can see is the cursor and hear the game audio and nothing else so if you have a solution please tell me

 

When launched, most games will go to black screen and be unresponsive

So you're saying the only thing I can do is wait for a Nvidia patch or game update? I just tried to launch GeForce Experience, but it, too, doesn't launch. It's stuck on the loading screen.

Also, if I were to do a clean install, would that change anything? Could it be that would help, or would it have no effect on this issue?
